don't confuse complexity with core substance. Sometimes, the fundamentals are actually quite simple, it's just our lack of understanding that makes them seem complicated.

Indeed fundamentals are simple! Here the context is looking at something from far apart or just having Surface level knowledge of something and seeming it easy, but actually it isn't much eg :- Resturant Business might look easy but efficient management is a task few can pull off smoothly.
