I have tried this 2 years before. I build prototype for this idea. But there were lot of issues from buyers end. I.e buyers would rather go to market and purchase the product. Because there are lot of issues in this model.

Yes indeed it's true happened with me to, but I came to know I was targetting lower middle income people who wanted to have it cheap but I think If we target good people ( health conscious) and (senior citizens ) I think their child will definitely opt for cleaner and good quality of food. I think today is right time to invest and do this since we know how much chemically induced foods we are consuming 🥲 and organic food are too costly. I think this can be the best middle road for all of us

According to my ground food industry analysis Indian people's still feels insecure while visiting cafes because they think cafe's are only for high class peoples . What's your point of view ? Our 70% Indian population belongs to lower middle class
