I have tried this 2 years before. I build prototype for this idea. But there were lot of issues from buyers end. I.e buyers would rather go to market and purchase the product. Because there are lot of issues in this model.
My friends ESOPs were clawed back citing “commitment issues” as a reason after two goddamn years. Is this even legal in India?
