3k crore of taxpayer money burnt in the last two years 📛📛 And Modi Govt is set to burn another Rs 1.2k crore in FY25 for what is clearly another Air India in the making. For what? And worse, this time, there may be no buyers either. .. FY23: Govt infused Rs 1.1k crore into state-owned regional airline, Alliance Air FY24: Govt infused another Rs 1.9k crore, while airline posted Rs 400cr loss FY25: Govt has budgeted another Rs 1.2k crore And there is no visibility of any profits. .. Losses? Overall, the airline has made a loss of >Rs 1k crore in the last 3 years. And the outlook is much worse for FY25 because of three reasons. 1️⃣ 1/4 of planes in its fleet are grounded due to a shortage of parts 2️⃣ Rest hardly do a trip or two a day, much below optimal utilisation levels 3️⃣ Its seat occupancy levels are below 20% mostly! .. And as if this wasn’t bad enough, it just gets worse. Its CEO, CFO and Dy CFO have now been accused of corruption charges. Disastrous 📛📛 .. The question is, why the heck is the Govt even operating this airline? And funnier thing is that people would create brouhaha over Sardar Patel Ji’s Rs 3k crore statue in Gujarat. Apparently, those people won’t say a word on this act of literally burning Rs 3k crore and more on an airline which has no future. What do you think?

Why they are not investing in early stage startups , we give better returns to government even give hundreds of jobs . Win win situation for both parties and according to me we should form a proper protests and ask government to funds us we will give huge numbers of jobs . We need to do some strategic planning to start this protest. Seriously Chinese government funding blindly without seeing startup capabilities they just want more and more startup in their countries . Can we start this someday ?
