You are not alone. It's good thing you are atleast aware of it. But remember being aware is not enough you must take actions to improve and also remember few unproductive days are okay we need to give ourselves time aswell. Doing nothing sometimes helps us more than doing something. Everything in balance is needed in life.

Why do we tend to overlook beneficial actions and fall into undesirable habits, even when we are fully aware of what is best for us? We know mindless scrolling is bad for us, even then we continue doing it and ignore the better things like exercise
