Bhagwan ka naam japo. You can do it whenever you feel low. It's not necessary to sit in a meditative position. You can do jaap at any state, walking, sitting, sleeping, etc. If you can visit temple, it's even best. It'll help you a lot.

LoL. ..!!! My friend, I'll tell you one thing. Even Rakshas, Ravan, etc. being in opposition, were doing bhagwan pooja and tapasya. So who we're..???? We're no where near to them. Aage tumhari icchaaa..!!! Don't fall in this " fucking atheist " mentality..!!!
