I go to office at 9:30 am in the morning. Everyone leaves around 6:30-7. But I keep sitting there till 8:30 and then leave. Reason? I have no reason to go back to my shitty PG, none of my friends are in this new city. I don’t like socialising a lot

Bhagwan ka naam japo. You can do it whenever you feel low. It's not necessary to sit in a meditative position. You can do jaap at any state, walking, sitting, sleeping, etc. If you can visit temple, it's even best. It'll help you a lot.
