E-Book has market in india but it is not big yet, people are interested in scrolling or reading through ebooks but the main problem is most people don't buy ebooks. They seek for free guides and valuable ebooks. The problem with ebook is lot of creators are selling their ebooks, they all publish valuable ebooks but still there are so less people who buy. Important: Content must be the valuable of ebooks. Creating awareness and doing marketing to get the leads. People don't care about environmental problems, so market it with valuable informations. There is a scope in future for this thing, but now it is difficult to sell ebooks without personal brand. Best Wishes!
