Maybe it is overly cluttered I think they got too late switching to app, text as content got obsolete, games and other things on website was overwhelming, albums made no sense with insta coming up with their image posts, messenger was a whole different app which was bad. And the worst came when they copied Snapchat stories disappearing msgs maps and checkins, Reddit groups, TikTok reels, Discord community, Twitter news and video, Telegram video message and deleting and other features to FB. Yet FB is still the old traditional first generation social networking concept with the same copied features. To show the total users activity, they integrated all platforms users into Meta accounts center. Perhaps FB lacked innovation or anything exciting, their only survival today is because of Instagram
