Let them track have two user accounts or set up a vmware on your laptop and let them track that. If the laptop is theirs then it is a bit troublesome

You can use their laptop for work only and use different laptop for all personal stuff Let them track their laptop and you keep using yours, and if you want you could even setup a gmail filter which automatically forwards all work emails to your personal account
