Selection random CA firm from online directory is not wise imo. It is generally advised to have a experienced CA by your side who has worked and is working for startups which can come to in one call. If possible try finding good such CA from your locality. A bad discussion on picking CA can cause lot of problems ahead. So, take good time and consideration.
