Need your help! I am 18 and soon going to have my own D2C startup registering as Pvt Ltd. and looking for a CA I have few general questions on how to hire one, if anyone can help answer i'll be grateful. What competency and key factors should i look in CA when hiring one?! Will i have to keep open all my financials and dealing with the CA? Is it safe and wise to disclose it? Is selecting/hiring any random CA firm from online directory a bad idea? Apart from these any suggestions are welcome! Again thank you for your help on this!

Selection random CA firm from online directory is not wise imo. It is generally advised to have a experienced CA by your side who has worked and is working for startups which can come to in one call. If possible try finding good such CA from your locality. A bad discussion on picking CA can cause lot of problems ahead. So, take good time and consideration.
