As per capita income goes up more and more people will order from home using blinkit and zepto. So yeah a lot of brick and mortar shops will face heat.

They are already facing heat. Even in tier 2 and teir 3 cities and towns where quick commerce has not been set up yet but big players like reliance has set up multiple supermarkets and selling at a very low price and people are buying from their rather than local shops and because of that small retailers are struggling alot here.
