Yes it will be deployed, yes you can upload your own templates in fact in the demo I do exactly that but because of OBS window capture the file explorer didn't get captured. Yes it will be free but I am also leaning towards a pay as you go type model too...

Will the SpaDEx twins be deployed in the same orbit or in different orbits? Will both SpaDEx satellites be deployed at the same time or will PSLV deploy one satellite followed by a PS4 restart/burn and then deploy the other twin?
