Less about white skin, more about international finance. Just the simple fact 1 USD = 85 Rs is a good enough reason. If you build a business in India that brings in USD you'll have tremendous level of influence. Which in turn will have a multiplying effect on the economy.

Its all about if a person/community is behind from others they will grow rapidly due to their hardwork and resilient nature. Same here also around 500-1000 yrs ago there is only indians, middle east , chines, romans etc but european are mostly hunters. Now alsoo with in 200-300 yrs we will be ahead From them anyhow.and the cycle re lets itself.mother nature has its own rules.
