I've developed a community platform with minimal features. Right now, advertising could be the only revenue stream, but I need to grow the community significantly to make it viable. Growth has been slow, and I am managing most aspects myself: creating in-app content, marketing materials, programming, and daily notifications. Plus the community is not much tech interested. So i need to make the aware and then acquire them. And the growth rn is so slow. And This is overwhelming, especially with exams coming up in August. (I have a friend who helps with communication since I struggle with handling people, though I'm improving.) I'm looking for advice on how to stabilize and grow the platform efficiently before my exams so that it can sustain itself with minimal input from me during that period. How can I manage the slow growth and prepare for my upcoming exams? I can't make a team cz i need some kinda revenue to do that.
