Skill: legal advice, dispute resolution, non litigation drafting, negotiating contract management for general corporate advisory IT, SAAS media, entertainment works. Located in Mumbai would prefer hybrid or remote happy visit out city few times in the month. If in close proximity happy to work 5 days in office in worse case scenario.
