Used to work with logistics arch at Uber, I can say Uber Pool was tough. Lots of cancellations and route changes. Mostly that’s why they haven't brought it back. Basically what was economical and flexible for you, had made them bleeding into losses and the Next-customer-satisfaction, so affected us in customer acquisition too, hence the move.
