I don't think above listed any 3 problems should be count as problems. Here why: 1) renting space - it's normal expense for any inventory related business. 2) workers - can be hired. It won't cost much. Also distribution work can be delegated. 3) by research you can pin point location where it will work out and you will be able to reach to right person.
