I wake up at 4. And i was not able to do it 4 months back. Trust me its easy and once you get a hang of it yiu will love it. So get a digital clock or a desk clock small one keep alarm at 4 and keep it at distance so that you need to walk towards it to stop the alarm. Once you stop l, just go and sut on the bed. Just sit dont sleep. Give 30-40seconds just checking phone or some activity. Max 2 min. Then you are good. Right after that just go and start your work. Dont brush, dont pee, dont poo. Just try to work on something which is most important and want to finish it for the day. After sometimes during the work u might feel like taking a pee or poop. Then go and do it and brush and come back. Do the work till u feel like you have done enough may be 8 ~9 then go back to sleep for an hr or 2 if you want. By this yOu will be free rest of the day and chillout. Make sure yiu sleep early. This is inportant because your body must need 7hrs of sleep minimum every day. Strictly.
