I would recommend you as a founder to draft in a business idea, proposal. Have your vision on paper and present it on platforms especially on medium to recruit like minded people who actually feel that your project/business can have a future. Have a word with them, offer % if you are looking for co-founder. You would need the initial bootstrap amount or funding (If you have successfully gotten it after pitching your plans to the investment partners) to recruit / grow your team
