I constantly find myself with business ideas popping in my head that makes me truly passionate about them. But here's the thing: when I dive into one, I often end up off track, due to my ADHD roadblocks. Anyone else facing the same issue? Or better yet, do you have any helpful tips on how to stay focused on one thing at a time? Help me find my kryptonite medial folks?

I struggle with ADHD too and know how hard it can be. Creating a structured routine and setting clear, achievable goals have helped me a lot. Also, consider working with a coach who specializes in ADHD. They can provide personalized strategies to help you stay on track

My advice is to keep a 'master idea list' where you can jot down all your ideas but focus on only one at a time. Find an accountability partner or join a support group for entrepreneurs with ADHD. It helps to have someone check in with your progress
