I am a corporate lawyer and Company Secretary and I recently changed my job 15 days back. I finally reached to the 1L per month mark after 7 years my career journey. I started with basic stipend of 3.5K per month. The biggest moment in my career was when one of my previous employer has gone for IPO and due to hardwork I put in I got 55% increment. My CTC jumped from 5.73LPA to 9LPA. Then normal 10% increments and job changed has led to this figure.
