Why retail businesses stores don't sell there products online? Even they know, selling products online will attract more customers.

It's because these online sales are not profitable, imagine courier charge for single items purchased by many customers. These courier charges are given by shopkeepers. If shopkeepers add these charges to products no one would buy them. If buyers buy many products from same shop then the delivery would be fesable.
