Is 95.42% in jee mains Even a decent percentile, would I even get ece/cse in any nits or iiits I m obc and from patna

Hey anyone from Bangalore who know which is the best college to get in if my jee percentile is 78 and I want Ai CSE btech 4yr UG.

I have scored a percentile of 93.6 in JEE Mains and belong to the OBC category. Based on my score and category, I am looking for suggestions on colleges that I can apply to.
