I have scored a percentile of 93.6 in JEE Mains and belong to the OBC category. Based on my score and category, I am looking for suggestions on colleges that I can apply to.

You can get good colleges in Pune they have quota for jee apply for cet councelling

Hmm, by this percentile you would not get any nit or IIT so lose your hopes on that. Try writing univ exams like Bits Vit Amrita SRM and many more. If you want to get seat just by your percentile find browsing univs which give scholarship for jee percentile and rank. But most probably they will not care of they got donation seats. As many Indian institutes does not divide seats for merit, donation and more. Only some will do that and they are which I mentioned above.
