Who in Bangalore is building to solve this problem ? All roads are blocked due to random trees lying down.

Not necessarily, someone can build a company that manufactures electric poles that don't fall off during storms. Or build supporting structures (just a hypothetical example) for trees to prevent them from falling off during storm. Then sell that to government. But building such companies not sexy so people don't focus on these.
