I want to create a project where internship/apprenticeship can upload their weekly work files . The apprenticeships should only see the option to upload the files and provide their name and department. Once they have uploaded pdf or word files ,the hod should be able to open them and see the option for the weekly pdf signature at the bottom. Only the hod should have access to this option. After the hod's digital signature is added,the file should be marked as the completed in the hr department. The HR department should be able to see the profile and check work and remark. Additionally when a new interns joins the should be added as new intern.each department should have its own section in the portal . How can I make this project in low code or some other way?
