Go for a stable job and then start your freelance journey as a side hustle until you make your portfolio to an extent where clients are willing to pay as per your demand and then later you can leave the job and make your mainstream as a freelancer. Because being a freelancer from the start without a proper portfolio wouldn't workout for a long period instead having a job will put you on a safer side.
