Noticing in Fiverr takes time. Also, it is not constant. My suggestion is list your services on fiverr. Then market yourself in your circle. Take projects from known people in network it may be from friends or relatives or local city who need it. Do, it for less pricing. Then try to get good reviews and build the good freelance profile. Then Fiverr automatically gets you clients. Also, the skillset which you're working also matters.
