I am struggling to measure my employees productivity. What can be the best way or any tool to measure everyone productivity?

Make revenue as your ENTIRE team's north-star metric. Let's say, 10crore revenue target for FY2024-25. Explain to the team where this money is coming from. Could be from product unit sales, your service subscription by clients, etc. Then define what each team's goals are by working the numbers backwards. Example, to get 10cr do we do 10 projects that's worth 1cr each or sell 100 products of 10lakh each. To get these bottom of the funnel metric achieved, how much demand must be generated in the MOF and TOF. TAT for logistics and projects team which can satisfy this Target and so on. Focus on measuring output than input. What good is a sales team that calls 100 people but gets 0 demand. 10 quality calls for 1 demand is great too. So you have to help them segment the market and build SOPs. That's how I'd start to build a productive team than sit on management tools.
