Airtel has the best customer support services in India. I recently ported my number from jio to Airtel hoping to get better internet speed and call quality. To my luck, there was an offer of free one month recharge for porting from other providers to Airtel, so I did that. Today my Airtel sim got activated, but to my surprise, i didn't got any services which the shop guy promised. I thought let it be and recharged my number from my sister's UPI which was successful transaction and the money also got debited from her account. Even after everything, i didn't recieve any confirmation SMS from Airtel and neither the services became active. And I'm unable to raise complaint in their thanks app , customer care number, and even through mails. This is the worst experience ever as I urgently need my number to be active. Please think twice before choosing these kind of companies for your lifestyle 🤦🫠. Never going to choose this from now, waiting for 90days to complete to get back to Jio.
