But i do hate the idea of tracking employees' every second of he working hours. Your workplace is a place where you go to offer your services not your prison. This is why I always check work culture before joining a company. I've been at a similar phase where my employer would always insist me to work while being on a Google meet just so he can keep an eye on me. Since then, I've never joined a company which doesn't have user freedom (also, whenever I mention company, I mean a startup. Haven't gotten to work at a big company yet).
