I get your concern. In fact, I am myself a software developer by profession as well. And thinking the aspect you mentioned, I also plan to provide a feature where you can export the code at any point (there may be some one time payment involved, but it would be possible). Now think about a scenario where a client has asked you to build him a super basic CRUD app. You need to do a lot of environment set up right ? What if you had a tool where you could go and build the boilerplate ? Heck even make the frontend and the basic backend user logic with your db (sql/nosql) of choice and then export the code to work on it by yourself ? Don't you think that's way cooler ? You could even make your entire project in the app and then export it if you'd want to. Then once the client asks for a small change, you could do it on your local environment and push it to production using the app itself. Just think of the possibilities it would open up for you.

I myself am strictly against no-code or low-code tools (current ones) as they don't give me that granular control and there's the risk of data security and reliability. However, I've come to realise that it need not be that way and hence, this idea. I hope you'd come to the same realisation in the future (again not imposing my opinions just stating them). Anyway, thanks for your concerns.
