Recently my Google Play Console Account was terminated due to a scam and I'm unable to recover it. I'm a freelance android app developer just starting out. Recently on upwork a client asked me to publish their app. I published it unaware that it contained malware and soon first the app was suspended and then my account was terminated. Does any of you knows how I can recover my account if not recreate a new one.

make sure you’ve appealed the termination decision. Google usually sends an email with instructions on how to appeal.
