Hello All, I hope you’re all doing well! I am the founder of a mental health startup based in India.Our mission is to make mental health care more accessible and affordable through our mobile app. However,I’m currently facing some challenges and could use your advice ane suggestions. While I’m passionate about this project, I also work for a multinational company(MNV), which limits the time I can dedicate to marketing and onboarding psychologists. Here are some specific areas I need your guidance, 1) Onboarding experienced psychologists 2) Marketing and promotion 3) is Partnership with companies a good option? 4)balancing a full time Job and Startup I genuinely believe in the potential of our app to make a difference in people’s lives, but I know I can’t do it alone. I would greatly appreciate any advice, resources, or personal experiences you can share. Thank you in advance for your help!

Seriously WTF ! Most of the mental health apps and websites are available in India and around the world. Firstly nobody can solve mental health problem with the help of social media apps or website. According to doctors you need proper guidance of psychologists doctor . Do market research before wasting your hard earned money on this type of old idea .

For onboarding them, go to nimhans, meet as many as you can, get over a zoom call, make them understand how it’s different, word of mouth would be my suggestion, hire a college kid, get campus ambassadors, get your first few users from them, see the response, move accordingly. I don’t know about your life or anything so it’s completely upto you how you make it, with your job. All the best
