This might sound dumb but hear it out. Why are there no platforms where people with ideas for startups or people who have an MVP and what not can sort of like post or something about either their idea or about their product/business in order to seek

I actually really like this concept for the "pre-product" stage. Just having an upvote mechanic for evaluating raw startup ideas could be valuable, almost like a Kickstarter but just for feedback/funding interest before anything exists.
