There are other points to be considered. 1. Fail to market themeselves 2. Some clients ask to prove that you're trustworthy by doing something for free (irrespective of having 5 star ratings from previous clients). It's becoming lengthy. I'll make a post covering from both ends (client point of view and freelancer point of view)
