Look, we all know Bezos and his Ambani envy. You really think he'd let that upstart Flipkart get away with peddling grey market OnePlus phones? Those lawyer letters would be flying faster than Zomato delivers cold biryani.
Such act of Flipkart seller will be under reselling and reselling is legal in India as far as you are not harming the image of the brand.
