It really depends on what you need the laptop for. If you need more RAM for multitasking, the HP 15s with 16GB RAM might be the best option. If you’re looking for better graphics performance, the HP 15s AMD might be better. For general use, the Dell Inspiron 3520 offers a good balance of price and performance.
