How can Someone hire people for his start up in initial days?

How would I know that new start-up is running in my area ? How can I know that how many start-up are running in my city ?

How the loss making start up manages their cash flow, how this type of startup survive ? How investors still invest ? (Flipkart reported a loss of over 48 billion Rs in the year 2023 in India).

Don't make medial another X alternative, make it a place for real start-up ecosystem and business discussion not for ' recommend me a movie' or 'your favourite place to visit' align your posts with the founders vison that is "declutter" please don't
