Why is medialmcommunity awake at this time? Don't you all want to sleep?

Long time ago people who sacrificed their time , sleep , laughter, family , food & other joys of life were called SAINTS. Now they are called ENTREPRENEURS.

I'm suffering from my sleep sechedule I didn't get sleep even after trying to sleep for more than one hour. Is their is any method do you guys use to sleep early and instantly as possible?

Every time I read a startup success story, I wonder-are they superheroes, or just really good at pretending to sleep?🙂
