You can save a lot of energy if, rather than constantly consuming something from the internet, you give yourself time to reflect on that learning as well.
Mostly, what we consume on social media in terms of knowledge and learning is trash.

It’s actually frustrating, when the world’s “largest” professional network social media has this kind of reputation and repercussions, I mean, it’s just NOT fair. Takes away a lot from a lot of deserving people.
