We don't need to reduce no. Of colleges. In india engineering is more theory oriented instead of project Oriented we just need to improve curriculum of colleges for this govt should create team which check every college on the basis of there curriculum. Second part is even in colleges most of professor train childrens to be a job ready we should teach them how to be a job creator. We should teach them how to be a problem solver instead of assignment writer ....
