If you have a good manager you can directly inform, or know it will take time to get that work life balance.

I'm sorry to hear about what you are going through. But I think you should talk to your parents and talk to your friends and let them know about your situation and tell them you have more responsibilities, and also don't think about doing MBA delay it for some time.

Hey Yuri, It's well said and I believe it's a well known fact that "it's the perception that kills you, not the situation" Now let me take a few moment of yours (I am sure this will ease your burden)- 1.Every profession and job you do has its own set of requirements.. the requirements do not change for you... u need to. 2. U need to be firm on what you want to make as a source of your livelihood. This is very tricky coz your choices will have repurcations.. bad or good... 3. Do not get dragged in the trap where most of the people feel that your source of your livelihood comes from your educational certificates and degrees. So if you are an MBA wid a specialization you feel that that is the domain you must be working. Which isn't quite true. Coz neither today companies are interested in your mundane certificates not any other employers. They have a business to run. And if you are a perfect fit in their business model by way of any talent or skill you bring on table you are wanted.
