It depends on who you are Targeting it to if you're Target is Upper Middle Class or Richer Bracket then it might work because they'll need it the most, and again this is in my opinion

The problem is the differentiation between Chefs and Cooks. If you send chefs and not cooks, it won't work in long term.

Unit economics might be tough to crack but sounds like a good idea.
