Cultural shift is really fucking necessary: 1. Facilitate employees with training and tools to innovate and improve services. 2. Open Culture: Foster an open culture where ideas from any level of the organization can be heard and implemented. 3. Introduce performance incentives to encourage employees to excel in their roles and improve service quality, and tech to implement and sync it in one place.
