When Vijay Shekhar Sharma asked for his phone, it was found that his inbox was full so he was not able to receive any new messages. As the ultimate solution to the problem of instant alerts, a mediation tool was needed between the merchant and the customer and that's when this Soundbox was born. Paytm Soundbox has been a revolutionary step for merchants. This device has been rapidly adopted across the country and has played an important role in empowering small and micro businesses in India. More than 85 lakh Paytm Soundboxes have been sold so far.
