Most important to know is, if you are not an industry expert developer, dont even consider that you, yourself will learn developing apps and become really good at it and launch apps in the market. It is not possible. Just think of any app in your category and find out how many people are there in there tech team and how much they are getting paid for their expertise. This should be enough for you to understand that developing apps is not just about writing code. It has 1000s of aspects that makes it run on a load thousands and lakhs of users. A lot of technology goes into it apart from writing code. The second part, if you wish to learn app dev and want to be a good developer, you can start learning a language first, Java/Javascript/Dart. And then you can choose a framework for app dev like Native Android, React Native or Flutter. After that, you can start learning how to build basic apps and then move ahead. All resources are just a google and youtube search away from you. Enjoy.
