Is it possible to raise 20billion dollar with a prototype. Do you know anystory where people raised huge amount with just a prototype?

how about helping people to turn their ideas into reality by helping them in tech(if applicable), legal process, fundraising(crowdfunding) etc and charging them as low as 30-40k + some % of equity.
